Refund policy
We have a 24 hr cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours from submitting an order to request a cancelation.
Since our items are created to the order, once you place an order No cancelations will be accepted after the 24 hr period.
We do not accept returns on personalized or custom items but you can contact us at neys.rustic.script@gmail.com. If you have a problem with your order,
Order processing times are 7-10 days from order day, once the order is shipped we have no control over delays or how they handle transit or have additional information regarding ongoing mail.

Damages and issues
We inspect items before they are packaged and shipped but we do understand that damages can happen while packages are on the move so if you receive your order and is appears damaged, due to transit handling .Please contact us immediately upon arrival to assist you and offer you the best resolution,
in case item you received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns .
Order Changes And Exchanges
You may contact me to alter an order or modify it within a 7 day time frame from order date.
We only accept an exchange , if item has not been shipped and can only exchange for another item in my shop ONLY within a 3 day period AFTER THAT NOW CHANGES OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED .
